In this cozy apartment on the ground floor of the building, you will be captivated not only by the original ancient doors and their ironwork but also by the historic structure of the walls, the picturesque alcoves in the kitchen, and the carefully restored original wooden ceiling in every room. In one of the bedrooms, you will find a comfortable double bed, and in the second, the so-called alcove room, two comfortable single beds. In one of the alcoves, a coffee machine is available for you to prepare delicious Illy coffee. If you settle down with a cup of this delightful brew in a comfortable armchair or sofa, you can enjoy it while listening to a true love story about the original inhabitants of the house, or while reading one of the books from the small library. Or perhaps you will try your hand at the nearly one hundred-year-old piano?
The apartment has its own bathroom and wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and a cooktop. An air ionizer is available for air purification. For any long moments, a tablet with a prepaid Netflix channel is at your disposal.
The main entrance to the building is equipped with a keypad to open the door using a unique code. For access to the apartment itself, there is another lockable door.
