Accommodation Terms

​1. Customers

​Accommodation is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the accommodation if accompanied by someone aged 18 or older. Individuals aged 15–18 may use the accommodation with the consent of their legal guardian, which must be presented to the operator upon arrival.

​2. Formation of the Agreement

​The agreement is formed when the booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid. By confirming the booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the prices, payment and cancellation terms, and the accommodation rules. Without the payment of the deposit, the booking is not confirmed. The agreement is concluded when the operator confirms the customer’s booking and the customer pays the required deposit.

​3. Prices and Payment

​The price of accommodation is listed on the operator’s website. Bank details: 2108979897/2700. The municipal fee is not included in the accommodation price.

Online payments are provided by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. ​4. Insurance

​The operator does not provide insurance. Customers are advised to arrange for accident and liability insurance at their own expense.

​5. Changes and Cancellation of Reservation

​The customer is required to submit any requests for changes or cancellations of the reservation in writing to the email address: info@apartmanynathan.cz. The acceptance of these changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the operator.Requests for a change of reservation date can only be accepted based on apartment availability and only within the same price range. Each reservation can be moved only once. If the customer requests a change of the reservation date, the operator reserves the right to adjust the price in case of a change in price for the given period or season.

​Cancellation Policy:

  • ​Cancellation more than 15 days before the planned arrival: full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation 8 to 14 days before the planned arrival: cancellation fee of 10% of the total price of the stay.
  • Cancellation 7 to 4 days before the planned arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the stay.
  • Cancellation 3 to 2 days before the planned arrival: cancellation fee of 80% of the total price of the stay.
  • Cancellation 1 day or less before the planned arrival: cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay.

​In the case of cancellation for reasons worthy of special consideration, the operator may decide to reduce the cancellation fees or waive them entirely, but only if the cancellation is made more than 2 days before the planned arrival.

​6. Additional Provisions

​Accommodation prices may change depending on availability, but for already confirmed reservations, the prices will remain unchanged. Shortened stays or the non-use of certain services are not grounds for a refund.
The local accommodation fee is'nt included in the price of the stay. In the event of cancellation by the operator for any reason, the full price will be refunded to the customer.
If the customer extends the stay after 10:00 AM, a supplement of 50% of the daily price of the apartment will be charged. If the stay is extended after 03:00 PM, a supplement of 100% of the daily price of the apartment will be charged.

​7. Final Provisions

​These terms and conditions are valid from April 1, 2025. Changes and additions to these terms may only be made based on written agreement between the operator and the customer. Any changes or additions to these terms will be effective only after written confirmation and agreement between the parties.

​House Rules

​1. Description of the Property

​The Nathan Apartments consists of two apartments with a total capacity of 8 beds. The Nathan apartment is located on the ground floor, while the Rachel apartment is on the upper floor. Each apartment has its own bathroom, kitchen, and wardrobe. As this is a listed historical building, we ask guests to respect this fact and take care to protect the furnishings and equipment. We also ask guests to respect the privacy of other guests staying in the Rachel apartment, due to the layout of the bathroom and wardrobe in this apartment.

In the kitchen of the Nathan apartment, there is a motion security sensor, which is also located near the main entrance doors. The property is electronically secured only when no guests are staying in the apartment house. Each room is equipped with a fire alarm, and the house has two sirens that will sound the alarm in case of smoke detection. Every guest should use the emergency exit signs to leave the building promptly through the main entrance on the main street.

The accommodation provider does not provide insurance. Guests are advised to arrange their own accident and liability insurance.

1.1 First Aid Kits and Fire Extinguishers

​In the Nathan apartment, the first aid kit is located in the left lower drawer of the green sideboard in the kitchen, and the powder fire extinguisher is located in the historic toilet behind the bathroom. A powder fire extinguisher is also located in the house’s basement.

In the Rachel apartment, the first aid kit is located on a shelf in the wardrobe. On this shelf, there is also a non-certified net that can be placed in front of the stone stairs as a safety measure against falls. A powder fire extinguisher is located in the historic toilet behind the bathroom.

​2. Start and End of Accommodation

​Arrival is possible on the first day of stay from 3:00 PM. Guests will be sent a code to open the entrance doors to the selected apartment no later than the day of arrival. On the last day of stay, guests must vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. Extensions of the stay are possible only in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

Guests must fill out identification details from their ID documents in pre-prepared forms and sign them. For children, all details must be completed except for the identification document information, if they are not holders of one. These details will then be recorded by the responsible person in the guest book.

Upon departure, the guest is required to turn off lights, unplug electrical appliances, ensure that water shut-off valves are closed, close windows, leave all keys on the kitchen table of the apartment, and lock the entrance door to the house, which will automatically lock.

If the stay does not begin on the agreed day, the right to the booked accommodation is canceled without compensation. The accommodation can only be used during the previously agreed period.

​3. Accommodation Rules

​The guest has the right to use the booked apartment in accordance with these rules and the general terms and conditions. In the Nathan apartment, guests can use the basement area of the house, prepared for a stylish seating area (500 CZK/stay). Each apartment has only one designated parking space.

It is strictly prohibited to store or charge any battery-powered vehicles or devices, such as bicycles, scooters, etc., including strollers, in the entire property. A covered shelter for these purposes is provided in the garden next to the house.Smoking, lighting any fire (including candles, sparklers, etc.), or storing and handling hazardous materials is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment house. Moving any furniture or equipment is not allowed without prior consent from the responsible person, except for adjusting the bedding from single beds to a “double bed” and back.

Accommodation of any animals is not possible.

For safety reasons, the guest may only use electrical appliances that are intended for personal hygiene, as well as chargers for personal computers, cameras, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc.Heating in the rooms can be regulated using thermostats ( +/- 2 °C), and additional electric heaters and underfloor heating are available in the bathrooms.

Visitation by non-accommodated persons is only allowed with the consent of the responsible person. Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM must be respected. Courteous behavior towards other guests is also expected during the daytime.

When leaving the apartment, the guest must turn off the lights, unplug electrical appliances, ensure that water shut-off valves are closed, close the windows, and lock the apartment door.

​4. Damages and Liability

​In the case of property damage to the apartment house, the guest must immediately report the damage by phone to the responsible person and settle the cost without delay. In case of lost keys, the guest will bear all costs related to replacing the locks and obtaining new keys. Loss or damage to individual remote controls is also considered damage to the entire property.

Parents or supervising persons are fully responsible for any damage caused by a child. Please exercise extra caution, especially on stairs and in areas with reduced clearance between rooms.

The provider is not responsible for items brought into the accommodation by the guest or for damage to items left unattended (jewelry, money, and other valuables).

We are not responsible for damages that we did not cause. The guest is required to follow all the accommodation rules listed. If these rules are grossly violated, the responsible person reserves the right to immediately terminate the accommodation services without refunding the payment for the stay.

I. Basic Provisions

​Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or one or more specific factors related to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that person.

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

1. ​The controller processes personal data that you have provided to him or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.
2. The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

III. Legal Grounds and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

1. The legal grounds for processing personal data are:
   - the performance of a contract between you and the controller under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR,
   - the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) GDPR,
  - your consent to processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) GDPR in connection with Section 7, paragraph 2 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, in the event that no order for goods or services has been placed.​

​2. The purpose of processing personal data is:
   - processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact) is required; providing personal data is a necessary condition for concluding and performing the contract, without providing personal data, the contract cannot be concluded or performed by the controller,
   - sending commercial communications and performing other marketing activities.

​3. The controller does not carry out automatic individual decision-making under Article 22 GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

IV. Data Retention Period

​1. The controller retains personal data:
   - for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).
   - for the period until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, but for no longer than 15 years, if the personal data is processed based on consent.

​2. After the retention period, the controller will delete personal data.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)

​1. The recipients of personal data are individuals:
   - involved in the delivery of goods/services/processing of payments under the contract,
   - involved in the operation of services,
   - providing marketing services.

​2. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services/cloud services.

VI. Your Rights

​1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:
   - the right to access your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
   - the right to correct personal data under Article 16 GDPR, or to restrict processing under Article 18 GDPR,
   - the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 GDPR,
   - the right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR, and
   - the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
   - the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller provided in Article III of these terms.

​2. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

VII. Personal Data Security Conditions

​1. The controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
2. The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in physical form, particularly through the use of antivirus programs, secure backups, passwords, etc.
3. The controller declares that personal data is only accessible to authorized persons.

VIII. Final Provisions

​1. By submitting an order through the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the personal data protection terms and that you fully accept them.

3. The controller has the right to change these terms. The new version of the personal data protection terms will be published on the controller’s website or sent to you via email at the address you provided to the controller.
